We are all about grass roots rugby and having had years of experience fundraising for junior clubs, we know that the job of a Social Secretary or a Fundraiser is a thankless one.

So let us help you achieve what you want, by putting on events either exclusively for you, or on a tables sold cash-back basis. We have access to a range of high quality venues across London and beyond, and an equally diverse range of speakers from the world of rugby.

The two main options.

Bespoke events for your Club. We take your requirements – size, fundraising target, style of event, location etc – and then build an event for you that fits your criteria. We charge a modest arrangement fee & do all the work arranging speakers, venues, auction prizes, graphics etc, and you fill the tables and take all the profits, with a fully transparent reconciliation and breakdown provided after the event. Simples.

Club CashBack. You advertise our events to your members, and if a table is sold, your club will receive £100 cash back as long as they mention your name. If via your club two tables are sold, you get £200 cash back. And so on, with no upper limit (apart from the venue capacity!) So if you have club stalwarts working in London who can influence the purchasing of corporate hospitality, or who simply want a jolly with their mates, this could be a significant passive income generator for your club.
